We set out to perform great services, so in the first place we believe in safety, security and standards of performance. Gözen Air Services has been the first representation, supervision and management company in Turkey licensed by DGCA and we are proud maiden members of IGHC (the IATA Ground Handling Council), NBAA (National Business Aviation Association) and EBAA (European Business Aviation Association).
Our company, including all stations and headquarters, has been the first supervision company in Turkey certified by the Quality Management System, ISO 9001: 2015 (TÜV Rheinland, Germany). We believe customer satisfaction is a vital path to our success. Therefore, Gözen employees execute their tasks on time, above the industry standards and in full compliance with legal regulations. We have developed explicit processes for every step of the service chain, from the moment we receive your request until you safely land to your next destination.
